Mobile Ticketing

All events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

For previously scheduled shows, where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honoured accordingly.

Face Masks

Following Step 3 protocols from the Ontario Government, face masks are required, except when you are eating or drinking.

Cashless Payment

As part of the venue’s health and safety protocols to minimize contact points, and reduce line ups and congestion, Budweiser Stage will operate as a 'cashless' venue offering tap and mobile payment options at every point of sale.

Venue Cleaning

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before and after each show, all high touch areas including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected.

Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.

Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high touch areas including bathrooms, dining & picnic tables, bars and concessions, and throughout the venue.

What is the bag policy at Budweiser Stage Toronto?

Any bag or backpack that is 12”W X 15”T or smaller will be permitted into the venue. Bags or backpacks that are larger than these dimensions will not be permitted.

We strongly encourage bringing clear bags for expedited entry to the venue.

Health & Safety

TRAFFIC ADVISORY AND TRANSPORTATION

We strongly recommend that you allow extra time to get to and from the event, and plan your route accordingly. Please note that parking on site at Ontario Place is extremely limited due to other events and construction projects taking place in the area of Budweiser Stage, as a result traffic and parking will be affected. As a convenient alternative to driving, fans are encouraged to take public transportation (GO Transit, TTC) to events. Please visit GOtransit.com or ttc.ca for scheduling information. Taking GO to Budweiser Stage is easy and drops you right at Exhibition GO Station, a short walk to the Ontario Place entrance. Most Lakeshore trains run every 30 minutes. Homemade food wrapped in plastic, blankets, small collapsible umbrellas, one sealed plastic bottle of water, and non professional cameras (point & shoots, disposables).

DISALLOWED items:

Alcohol, narcotics, paraphernalia and illegal substances, weapons of any kind, cans, metal water bottles, glass bottles, aerosols and containers of any kind, laser pens/pointers, professional recording devices and cameras with detachable lenses, iPads, tablets, laptops, selfie sticks, hard sided coolers, animals (service animals excepted), non-collapsible umbrellas, tall lawn chairs, and any object that can be used as a projectile.

BUDWEISER STAGE TORONTO SMOKING POLICY

SMOKING/VAPING:

Smoking and vaping is not permitted in reserved seating areas, lawns or East & West Plaza at Budweiser Stage. Should you need to smoke or vape, the Riverwalk and South Plaza is the designated smoking and vaping area, which remains subject to change on a show-by-show basis. All other areas of the venue are designated Smoke and Vape Free.

CANNABIS:

Guests attending a show at Budweiser Stage or RBC Echo Beach may bring in and consume cannabis or cannabis accessories subject to the following policy:

• Guests must be at least 19 years of age to possess and consume cannabis
  - Guest will only be permitted to enter with an amount of cannabis that is reasonable for personal use for the duration of the show only, subject to any documented medical allowances
  - Upon entry, guests must make security aware that they are bringing cannabis or cannabis accessories into the venue for inspection
  - All cannabis and cannabis accessories are to be stored in a sealed plastic see-through container (e.g. Tupperware or Ziploc bag) which allows security to directly inspect the cannabis and cannabis accessories without the need to open the container or handle the product.
  - Any cannabis and cannabis accessories that are not stored in a sealed plastic see-through container and directly visible through the container will not be permitted. No glass container or glass cannabis accessory will be permitted at any time.
  - The smoking of any cannabis products (including vaping) is permitted within designated smoking areas only. These areas will be clearly marked and may change on a show to show basis. Venue staff will provide guests with direction on where the designated smoking area is at each show.
  - Venue staff will remove guests who overuse or overconsume any intoxicant, including cannabis or cannabis accessories.
  - Cannabis is for personal use only and the sale of cannabis is strictly prohibited. Venue staff will remove anyone who sells or purchases cannabis and will report such activity to the police.
  - The use and consumption of cannabis is subject to the Fan Code of Conduct and misuse may result in removal from the venue.
